I see though that they weren't using regular tickets, but were traveling with an employee travel pass that includes a specific dress code. So I guess leggings weren't part of that specific dress code..

Yeah they had to wear employment clothing is all, tried to get on with regular clothing that other people are free to board wearing. And they had no complaints. The kick-off was from other passengers who didn't know what they were talking about. But hey, let's not let that get in the way of a good bit of freedom-scaremongering...
