How do you stop getting damp from coming through the walls and floor of a house? I discovered a serious issue in part of our house where the walls and concrete floor never dry out so the plaster board keeps going mouldy. |

Sounds like rising damp. If it is, it's expensive to fix.

Check outside walls make sure damp course is above any flower beds , patios etc. Also check airbricks are not blocked .
