if you were to track them on a device? I've been doing a challenge so far I'm up to day 40 of 100 in 10k in steps a day.... I've not broken my streak yet...... |

I do 12hr shifts on my feet. I cycle everywhere. When i go for a 2hr run it's a proverbial walk in the park. I'd like to borrow a Fitbit just to see a typical day, but i don't see the point in spending money on one because nothing would change - it's natural for me to push. Plus it wouldn't reflect well anyway, because i do so much stop-start movement at work, running up flights of stairs (literally 100 times a day) and in every case i walk fast. I leap railings instead of walking around them, it's quicker. If these step counters help you do more then great, but all you really need is to develop an attack attitude that becomes second nature. |
