On the day this week that local councils unveiled plans to slap 2,500 fines on householders who overload their wheelie bins, the Ministry of Justice revealed that 437 people who admitted crimes including blackmail, kidnap, r*pe and child abuse have been let off with a caution.Priorities Huh |

I wonder ow this new rule effects Birmingham dwellers. Now the bin men ave gone back on strike again. you could just imagine it all the bham people, queuing round the block of the court to be fined for overflowing bins, and bin bags everywhere.

@ liambrwn - 7.09.17 - 09:22pm You live in MK. The wheels have been swiped, so it's just a bin? We had two different colour recycling bins best part of 30yrs ago. I now produce about a carrier bag of landfill a month. There's no support for landfill bins here. |
