That'll be ecigs being banned if it does turn out to be one that caused it. Already banned in many countries including Thailand and Australia.

There ave been reported horror cases of vapour sticks going off in peoples pockets causing burns to their hands. and some of these products going off near peoples faces. Could the jolting of the train ave knocked it, and set the bag ablaze.
