@ lookslikezoom - 19.11.17 - 02:13pm All trying to add healthy stuff on an unhealthy cereal. The only 'cereal' I would ever eat would be rolled oats. Nothing else. They're all processed sh*t, no matter what the packing tells you. There's nothing wrong with muesli unless your some kind healthy eating fascist. It's mostly rolled oats anyway, with some dried fruit and chopped nuts in it. Yeah some have a small amount of added ingredients, such as sugar, salt, malt extract and skimmed milk/whey powders but it's nothing like as bad as double frosted choco puffs with marshmallow dinosaurs or whatever kids were eating 20yrs ago. It's a good source of dietary fibre to keep you regular, perhaps you should try some as you're always full of shit. |

We had it best when it was just pasteurised, then the cream collected in the top. Nowadays it's standardised, homogenised and fk knows what-ized, and getting the organic one isn't achieving much. I bought some pure filtered milk just this evening, but it's still standardised and homogenised - the colour is pretty much the only thing it has in common with the stuff that comes out the cow... |
