Yup. Sleep splint and physio recently to try and reduce the flare ups.

Really? Physio? I had tendonitis , or have, in my right hand but it has been okay since I reduced my hours at work and it hasn't been an issue until recently. I first experienced some discomfort in 2015. But I have wrist things and those help.

My right wrist got weak enough to start dropping/releasing things involuntarily reg due to weak grip hence the physio. Plus my docs tend to be a bit O.T.T. |

@ sisfreak2017 - 27.05.18 - 05:05am i thought it was something of star trek. Is that when you get a cramp in your hand from doing the Live Long and Prosper gesture or Mind-Melding one time too often? |

Tendonitis in my wrist, repetitive strain injury I was signed off work for a total of 6 weeks, the only cure is rest. Then physio to strengthen the tendons and surrounding area. Luckily it has not happened again,I couldnt even pick up a cup of tea without dropping it.
