Apparently the blue messes with your sleep wake circle and boosts alertness. So if you wnat to go to sleep shutting down devices like tablets, TVs and phones with highe scream might help your natural melatonin to kick in better. |

Weed doesn't make me sleep. Kept my mind active. Since I've stopped I've been sleeping much earlier than before.

I listen to rain sounds when I can't sleep, or have the fan on. Fans are pretty good because of the white noise but also being cooler makes it easier to sleep.

I read before I sleep. I also listen to some pink noises and set my timer for about an hour to two until i dose off.

Mine does anyway. It really helps |
