I guess the yeast could turn some of the natural sugars in the raisins into alcohol but I wouldn't have thought there'd be enough to put someone over the limit.(don't know) Wouldn't this then also be the case for any type of (yeasty)bread/sugar combo, like toast with jam on it for example.

It won't put you over the limit and the machine reading doesn't convict you anyway. Only a blood alcohol test is admissible in court.
