All my band shirts are pretty much gone. Some, I lost, others too worn out. If I can recall, I still have Maiden, Burzum, Bathory, Bodom, Trivium, Cannibal Corpse, Opeth and Slayer somewhere in the wardrobe. Been ages since I've worn 'em..

@ deusexmachina - 18.05.19 - 07:40pm So had a brief chat with a lass last night wearing a Slayer t shirt. Her favourite song was Reigner of Death, apparently. So why would on earth would people wear a band t shirt if they dont like the band and know nothing of it and do any of you wear band t shirts for bands you don't particularly like but the t shirt was cute and cheap in Primark? Before yes, I was terrified of being called a poseur in the metal community, even Korn and Slipknot were guilty pleasures, but then you sort of stop giving a sh*t as you get past 18 and into 20's. These days, sometime, I like the cover art of some albums and wouldn't mind wearing 'em. But I find it hard to wear a T-shirt or promote a band that I absolutely dislike, so meh, can't say I have much of a strong opinion about this. Do whatever, I suppose. |
