@ tranie - 19.09.19 - 08:24pm I could see it being true. I'm pretty sure not everyone was happy getting bombed ever night Churchill would not have been there alone. He would have been there with other top brass or support staff. Even if the comment was made he would not have fked off |

@ 9362 - 19.09.19 - 10:02pm Churchill would not have been there alone. He would have been there with other top brass or support staff. Even if the comment was made he would not have fked off nothing from the story states he was alone, he was touring the scene like politicians do today. |

@ 3mel - 20.09.19 - 12:11am nothing from the story states he was alone, he was touring the scene like politicians do today. So he just carried on touring the scene. Wouldn't have moved away because of 3 protestors. Who would have been disagreed with by virtually everybody else present |

@ slwnoris - 19.09.19 - 08:52pm I know that, but it be well reported Saudi Arabia has seen a massive drop in the cash it's oil brings in, they have been trying to hike up the price for the last couple of months, everything they tried had failed, then all of a sudden there an attack on there refineries and up went the price of oil. They didn't factor in what is the Americans did and down went the price, again there plan didn't work. That Saudi Arabia lot will try something again just wait and see. They want oil prices up, they cut production asked opec producers to cut there out put, they even asked non opec oil countries to limit production Russia was even asked. Those Saudi crooks want a war to start with Iran, to knockout it production and who better to get to start a war? American. Iran didn't attack those oil refineries the Saudi Arabia government staged the attack. It didn't work price went up, but it dropped again. Give them time there will be another plan put into action. I thing there is easier ways to control the price of oil then bombing you're own facilities. Personally I think all this is happening now is just cause they can. Trump isn't going to get involved in a foreign wasr, not this close to an election, even if he would at all. The simple truth is America has no need to. This isn't the 90s |

Cutting production is a far more effective way of increasing the oil price, especially considering the Saudi minister said production would be back to normal by the end of the month. If they were so concerned about the price they could have easily said it would take longer to repair the damage.

@ 9362 - 20.09.19 - 07:44am So he just carried on touring the scene. Wouldn't have moved away because of 3 protestors. Who would have been disagreed with by virtually everybody else present How do you know most other people present would have disagreed with those protesters? |
||
@kimjongl | 20 September 19 | |
Churchill had a very high approval rating so it isn't a stretch to think most people would have agreed with him.

@ 9362 - 20.09.19 - 07:44am So he just carried on touring the scene. Wouldn't have moved away because of 3 protestors. Who would have been disagreed with by virtually everybody else present they weren't protesters, the story says they're digging thru the remains of a building. I can't say anymore than I've heard about the circumstantial specifics. lots of people would have the sense not to further anger people who've possibly just lost everything they own or worse. |
