@ slwnoris - 30.08.19 - 12:28pm Whatever. They all have to go to the Queen to dissolve a government of form a government, so she should have the legal right to say naff off, if you they are trying to fiddle the system for political gain. As for Cameron plan that went t*ts up when he won a majority, as for glegg and his called for a referendum, his words are about as trust worthy as was Cameron,s, the young people have not forgotten his record on students fees. If Cameron had not won that majority he would have gone to the lib-dems cap in hand, and no referendum would have been held because the lib-dems mp,s would of told glegg that referendum vote goes before any collision with the Conservatives. The Conservatives never expected to get that win. see if we had an opposition party you may have a point, we don't and concerning lies corbyn is just as bad with his twisting n turnning on , well, everything |

No she agreed to Parouge parliament a normal part if the constitution, given its almost party conference season and in reality Parliament will not sit for 4 days, pray tell what will Parliament achieve about Brexit in 4 days that it's been unable to do in over 3 years? This hysteria over nothing is quite frankly comical |

@ slwnoris - 30.08.19 - 12:48pm If a general election is called, show them what you think of them, still vote don't let this bunch of crooks and spivs rob you of your vote, spoil your ballot paper, sent a message to the lot of them, only then will this country get honest politicians. Six lace holes up there ballot box will send them a message they would never forget. Until the people do this they will go on there merry way laughing at those who vote them into the office of fiddles. And what would spoiling your ballot paper achieve? Well here is a surprise for you....NOTHING. if your answer to a political process or party is to throw a tantrum inside a voting booth, bot only is it childish it insults the chartists suffragettes and the long fight for universal sufferage |

@ogdenz | 30 August 19 | |
It's a freedom of choice. Do you feel people should be forced to vote? @lugus.
|

@lugus | 30 August 19 | |
No not at all you either vote or you don't vote, its personal choice but to go into the voting booth and act like a 2 year old who wants their favourite sweet after their mum said no, is quite frankly moronic

@ ogdenz - 30.08.19 - 01:49pm It's a freedom of choice. Do you feel people should be forced to vote? @lugus. They should be. It allows the outcome of the process to be truly representative of the population. Don't be silly, people. Just vote the correct way.. and don't complain or have opinions on anything political if you can't be bothered making that tiny effort. |

Sounds a bit dictatorial to me shadow.

@shadow27 | 30 August 19 | |
Not really, you have a huge range of options here. You can vote for candidates who aren't in the two main parties etc. Nothing wrong with it at all. People fought hard to get voting rights here.. men, women.. indigenous people. And all you people do is throw your vote away.
