@ amokrun - 23.08.19 - 05:56pm USA is not heading for a civil war or anything that drastic but there is a culture war. We are seeing 2 ideologies pitted against each other. The end of the USA as a beacon for western culture is over. There will be a civil war because this globalist/progressive agenda isnt America the very reason why trump got elected. |

Joe Walsh lol. No one short of resurrecting Reagan from the dead stands a chance at primarying Trump.

Oh boy, another person that thinks they can predict the the future of a country they have never been to. The violent people are a minority, less than ten percent of the population. |

If you criminals are going to obey gun control laws, you have to be a special kind of stupid.

Create a year long amnesty for everyone to hand all their guns in to the authorities, then anyone caught with a gun is jailed for 30 years. Just a thought.

when polled, the number of Americans who want tighter gun controls and an automatic weapons ban is pretty high. usually between 70 and 90 percent. |

American politics is weird, corporations in America have been awarded the same ''human rights'' as people in being able to support a political campaign, only without the financial limits a person has. we've seen trump step up a couple of times on the subject of gun control, followed by a phone call from the NRA (who put 30 million into trumps campaign) and the subject is dropped. btw, while it's supposed to be a club for gun owners the NRA is basically a lobbying body for gun manufacturers. |

It isn't that important of an issue and I suspect that number goes down drastically if the 2nd amendment is threatened, similar to how 70pc of people are in favour of Medicare for all until they realize it means taking away private insurance and increasing taxes, then it drops to something like 20pc. Automatic weapons have already been banned there since 1986. The AR15 is neither automatic nor an 'assault' rifle. |

It's a civil rights organization, not just a gun club. |
