Perhaps if Israel didn't steal Palestinian land and build settler homes on it... Then people wouldn't feel like firing rockets at Israel

using a military force against people who haven't been directly involved can never be justified. in Yemen the Israelis h*t a school bus full of children, they did it with laser guided bomb so there's no saying it wasn't intended. |

@ kimjongl - 14.11.19 - 09:15am They give Israel the excuse to do it when they fire rockets from homes. It's almost as if Hamas and Israel compliment each other, feed each other justification, while the Palestinians suffer. You get what you vote for. Being an observer from outside, you are fair and balanced in what you say... But As a person who was born and grown there, I would say it is almost impossible for Gaza to have such open areas that is suitable for fight/war far away from homes. Gaza is very small coastal strip that can be as narrow as 5 km only. You can walk that distance in 1 hour. Yet, it has high population. The most of open areas are those used for agriculture purpose. However, Israel has modern air forces and Palestinians has 0 air forces, which make it difficult as well. |

@ ladibud - 14.11.19 - 10:17am it's really sad... but what about all the tickets fired at Israel... I read about this the other day already but no one condemned that. You, and any1, are free to condemn who you think is wrong... However, to be fair in that you need to consider number of killed people and causalities... for example, in the last 3 days, about 34 Palestinian killed, 0 Israeli killed,,,, does it make sense to see both side as criminal as each other? At least one side is more bad than the other. |

@ sisfreak2017 - 14.11.19 - 12:45pm They can only expect more , if continue firing rockets into Israel. I'm no fan of Israel, but I can see why they're retaliate. No doubt it will continue for another few weeks . This logic means it gonna be endless wars....... Looking 4 days back, you'd see that situations were almost quiet... What made it to flame up is when Israel decided to kill a leader (Bahaa Abuata) in his home, together with his wife, leaving their daughter alone now... |

Since I've been there and seen how life is like, in the Israeli side and the West Bank. I've got to say it's so goddam beautiful. Roads are like in Europe. Public areas nice and clean (Israeli side) West Bank looks like Jordan though.. but Israeli army all over the place, so I dunno, good for the Israelis, a security concern for West Bank. They (Fatah) need to get more International support so they can properly govern. No way in hell there will be a One State solution. Hamas must go, Fatah must unite with Gaza Strip. Issue solved. Then IDF stay on their side. Israel must give full recognition for West Bank to be independent and officially be called 'Palestine'. |
