I have written many posts on here before about not being able to sit/walk properly because of that sort of pain that I get from h*mping the bed wrong.

Like seriously, I'm 80-years-old. DO NOT TRY TO F*CK ME! I hope I don't break a hip during real sex.

bin on Pregabolin for over 12months and wear a compression belt all day.Had MRI last year but ok so put it down to trapped nerve..Back kicked in again several months ago as left leg went totally numb so had another MRI 3 month ago.As a result of that the physio said there is a signifacant thinning of both sides of my spine so am goin to see a specialist on Friday..Am waiting to see a Neurologist too as Doc thinks I got CFS which can also put me in bed for several days.So with that and me ongoing stomach/Bowel trouble I ay avin to gooda time at moment..Will see what New Year got instore for me.No doubt pretty much the same..

Forget help from the NHS. They refuse to accept osteopathy as a legit therapy. the reason.... most skeletal and nerve issues can be sorted without the use of drugs.... no backhanders and profiteering from prescriptions. Find a good local osteopath and allow them to help you. They find the root cause of the issue and adjust your Skeleton so that the muscles sit properly and dont press on your nerves. Drug free. Initial appointments might be around 50 with several post assessment appointments being around 40 after. Looks pricy but costs less in the long run and youve no danger of medication becoming addictive or ineffective over time. Plus youll be pain free after the first session. |

@ crabit.1 - 4.10.20 - 07:03pm Thanks guys it's eased off a lot I can actually get into bed now, slept all night last night and I've even been out for a short walk I stopped taking the naproxen as it hurts my stomach, still a bit of pain and numbness hot burning sensation but bearable I know it sounds daft but if you have access to an exercise bike it might be worth trying to do 5 or 10 mins on it..I can only speak for myself but it seemed to ease mine..I was like the Hunch Back with my sciatica.. |
