So I guess most of us, use our phones built in alarm ? What tune you got to wake you up ? At the moment I have John le hooker's Boom Boom Boom Boom, it doesn't feel as bad getting up at stupidly silly o'clock when his banging guitar riff starts playing. |

Generic alarm. Seem to wake up at least an hour before it goes off no matter what I do.

I had Mr. Saxobeat on for years, but realized they woke me up too aggressively. Needed something subtler. On occasion its just birds chirping.

I have a snippet from kings of the wild frontier, starting at ''down below those dandy clothes'' or a fan made mix of sweet Anita's tourettes outbursts |

Does anyone listen to something while they sleep or to put them to sleep? I've been listening to ocean waves and there is a storm in the background. Goes for about 8 hours. |

I make my own ringtones and alarm tones. Usually heavy guitar riffs.

I often have music on when I go to sleep. There are times Ive had a podcast as well with a good story. Like Lore. A couple years back, I could not go to sleep with music, and a particular playlist I had for bed time. |
