Had a curry last night, a Madras is hot enough for me. Mrs t had a lamb handi which was spicey without the heat.

A lamb handi' sounds a bit saucy tbh. Like something a prostitute may offer.

I love making my own curries. I usually rustle up a Punjabi chicken masala, bhuna or chicken chasni. I have to have rice because bread puts a road right through me.

I love spicy food. The spicy the better. I am currently obsessed with spicy ramen noodles

I had a beef rendang a few weeks ago and i've been craving for more ever since. It's a fairly ''dry'' Indonesian curry made with ginger and coconut milk. Quite different to an Indian curry, not particularly hot but really tasty.
