Has anyone here tried a hard core detox to see if it helped them at all? I know it helps with many health issues and has helped many people with normal age decline. I know chemicals can build up in our bodies and cause neurological, endocrine, immune, etc. diseases of all sorts, I wonder if it might possibly help with some of the VSS symptoms. Couldnt hurt  |

I'm a great believer, and practitioner, of simply adapting one's life to a more healthy standard - i don't believe in extremes or any sudden shifts unless you're in a state of real trouble. Our bodies like habit and stability, direction changes should be made at a comfortable level that won't cause symptoms of shock. It's not difficult to make little changes that will se you run yourself on a far healthier path in good time. Stress makes you ill, avoid taking it too seriously and it should be an interest that allows you to take the time to find enjoyable changes. |
