Do you like a curry? What tickles your taste buds? I used to enjoy a ferocious Phall back in the day. Something that would leave blisters on the old ring piece! |

Nowadays as old age has caught up with my constitution i have to settle for a Rogan Josh..even the Madras causes me grief! What's your fave curry? Home made? Take away? |

Thai curries are my preferred variety, nowhere near as hot but very tasty.

I'm going old skool lately with Chinese curries. The way they cook the onions is amazing. The meat is gross to me though so I have prawn

I have had fish curry many a time though! |

It is a bit weird but it's only because I don't like the other meats. Who boils chicken and puts it in a curry

I quickly sear some sliced chicken thighs in a pan, along with whatever else I'm frying, and let them finish off in the curry - although the sauce never boils, so it's a fine line if it's not cooked through.

I like a Bhuna or Jalfrezi, but I only have Korma because that's all the brat will eat - and I cba to make multiple curries when she refuses to even try others.
