@ shadow27 - 20.10.17 - 04:14am Imagine you die but there is still faint activity in your brain.. Can that be cobbled together into some sort of experience/reality? Assuming you don't get cremated. I keep thinking about those people who wake up in the morgue.. What's up with that? Been more than enough cases. Like trapped in your own brain? fu*k dat. I'd go insane, there's a lot of crazy up there |

@ wolf.1 - 20.10.17 - 06:54am i envy people who have experienced their fate, as they know if there is anything after this life... im not ready to find out yet though... I think i have but i can't be sure. I collapsed, stopped breathing for a while, and was apparently a completely lifeless body. There was no sign of life in my eyes, they said. In my head, i had realisations and direction. I've never told anyone what i experienced as the main part of it, but i felt it was a very positive direction to go to, before thinking it could wait. I made a conscious effort to get back into my body, just by occupying the space i thought it was positioned in, had to imagine having arms and legs, and somehow managed to catch it - suddenly regaining consciousness. I was on drugs, obviously. So it may have just been a mad psychotic experience. But friends said i was a proper gonner, and i did feel i had left my body. |

Quite interesting stuff. Not scare of death itself. I'm ready if should happen like rite now. Only thing I wouldnt like is a death by unnatural causes like being killed, an accident etc |

My main fear is dying from an animal attack. But death itself doesn't bother me.

Cardiac patients were studied and it was found that the last part of the brain that was left functioning was the part that is self aware.. Looking for the article.. Weird because it was just the other day I was thinking about it. |

Death just became even more scary: scientists say people are aware theyre deadbecause their consciousness continues to work after the body has stopped showing signs of life. That means that, theoretically, someone may even hear their own death being announced by medics. The claim was made by Dr Sam Parnia, director of critical care and resuscitation research at NYU Langone School of Medicine in New York City. |
