@ ogdenz - 23.02.18 - 11:33am Do you manage to get 8 hours uninterrupted sleep? Do you even get 8 hrs sleep? Yes. I try to every night (and early morning). It's just my meds make me sleep a little longer. Maybe not that little. 10 hours is enough I sleep straight through (thanks to my meds) |

On my days off, yes i do but on days/nights I am working, there's just no way. I would be lucky if I could get 6 hours.

Nah, I usually wake up quite often. I did one of those sleep app things once, apparently I got around 4-5. Don't know how accurate they are though

I try and aim for 7, normally ends up being 6-6 and a half. Very rarely do i get 8hrs of more. It takes me ages to fall asleep and then im up early for work so cant win

Get a basic Garmin vivofit , if you want to monitor your sleep you have to press a button to tell it your going to sleep now ,then when awaken yeah right that would prob keep me awake even longer
