I don't have to worry anymore. I'm not greatly impressed by my Samsung S6 Active, HTC's are easier to get on with and only Sony are worse, though i've pretty much got the hang of it now - but it does have a 3500mah battery, which is huge for this size/power of phone, and i have no problems with it lasting all of my day. It's currently on 100 percent, ready for a session in the bath i've just filled, and it doesn't take hours to charge, either. Here it reminds me it's waterproof and has a colourblindness filter, so it's off the hook for the moment. Until i wanna play music in the bath through it's single rear-facing speaker... |

yeah once you've tried HTC stereo speakers anything sounds shiit. add viper4android and Dolby Atmos (don't bother looking, it needs root) and it's audio heaven

@ 3mel - 4.04.18 - 11:25pm I never let my phone go below 30 percent. anytime a lithium based battery is at 100 or 0 percent it is ageing faster / being damaged. Suckers to the side, you've been reading shyte! Your phone does that for you. When your battery says it's on one percent battery it's lying - that's one percent safety, it's actually at up to 60 percent! Your phone kills it to protect the battery already. Your phone will accept about 10v. You should be able to use a 10.5v drill battery to run/charge it depending on your phone. You can certainly use a 9v battery to charge your phone (although the phone might reject if the amps are too high). Your battery can take a bit more, 12v, but your phone won't let you (to protect the battery). Likewise, your phone will cut out when the battery is down to around 4-6v. Your battery is not empty, it can still power a torch, but your phone won't let you. All lithium batteries are like this, that's why lithium products cut out so quickly (drills etc will just stop in like one minute's notice). Because the device shuts down on min-voltage protection - the battery does not run out. |
