@ lookslikezoom - 19.07.17 - 05:27pm There are plenty of natural oils that have been extracted and not processed. What's wrong with avo oil? Also has one of the highest smoke points around. I don't use any seed oils but I will use fruit oils. Avo, olive as well as coconut (although I'm very against the destruction of forests for its growth, so I rarely buy it) and peanut. dry heat methods such as frying or grilling with fats releases DNA mutating compounds that cause lung cancer...anyone who is a chef is fu*ked then animal fats are worse but even plant fats release toxic fumes that we inhale oil isnt essential for diet but hey i like it not giving it up just saying too much ain't good and if you cook it don't be breathing it in, open the windows or cook outdoors if you can it's 2am but tomorrow I can look it up n tell you what the studies say n who did them rather than my own words the whole of a food is greater than the sum of its parts... coconut oil is good but fresh coconut is better |

Common sense is the main thing. I had swordfish and bacon on one plate earlier. Contrast is everything when it comes to showing what ain't right. The bacon is usually nice but it was dirty next to the swordfish. Both were baked and grilled rapid style, the fish was wrapped in foil though. It reflects something I realised years ago, and believe with deep conviction - we like what we're used to. I used to live on McDonalds and hated salad. The changeover was like giving up smoking but, like that, once my body converted I couldn't look back. I still have the odd McDonalds now with the brat. She gets it as a treat but eats well for most of her time with me. I can bear it but it's no treat for me. |

@ crail - 20.07.17 - 02:34am You are fu*ked more than chefs because you smoke f*gs and weed! a plant based diet reduces the risk of lung cancer by 38pc in smokers due to the healing properties of eating healthier food. I'm giving up tobacco already done with tags.. weed is harmless and there a a lot of health benefits to eating it so I might check out some raw recipes besides it's a transition you judgemental t**t. I am making changes don't dare judge me when you aren't matching my efforts. so what I am human and not 100pc perfect get the fu*k over it |

In small doses i believe so, but to me there's something nutritionally incestuous about living entirely off animals...
