Its calmed down I've stopped going way over the top with it the aveeno is helping just glad they dont feel like they're on fire

I agree, that is overwashing your hands, i am using carex which is ideal for sensitive skin which mine also is.. Tho there may be a shortage of it in your local shop. And try not to wash your hands too often. If you can get any nivea creme, that wij cool your skin hope this will be of help.
