I have the same problem with my watch band, and this has nothing to do with weight gain it was like this from day one, see the arm and wrist doesn't stay the same size through out the day, with movement or exercise it swells,It's a metallic band when I bought the watch I had it cut to just right fits perfect at the shop

Then when I start wearing it my wrist swell and it's too tight, then some times it shrinks and it's a bit loose, so what should I do?

I don't wear a watch. Some genius once pulled out his pocket watch to view the time and decided it would be better placed on the wrist. So the wrist watch was born. Nowadays, with a mobile phone in the pocket, i have a source of timely information in my pocket once again, and so carrying a lump of metal on my wrist is no longer necessary. Philosophy says, that if you're not wearing a watch, it can't be an annoyance or liability on account of it not being there. |
