@ 3mel - 23.07.19 - 06:27pm I honestly don't know how the legality works on that vote. newt does raise a good point I'd forgotten, MPs can take over the process. it's going to be an eventful few months whatever happens That's for sure |

@ eyesore - 23.07.19 - 06:27pm He can suspend parliament ahead of the queens speech ...there's a word for it but I can't remember it and can't be f.uvked googling A court case has been launched to prevent it. Based on our democratic laws I can't see a court allowing one man to suspend parliament to avoid a democratic vote by MPs. |

@ eyesore - 23.07.19 - 06:36pm He might be a ' leave ' judge who believes the will of the people takes precedent over parliament Possibly. Although that shouldn't determine the legality of a case. Then there will be higher courts. |

@ newt182 - 23.07.19 - 06:21pm It's already been said we can have another extension. MPs can choose to accept. Edit: Although member states would have to agree. Thing is. If we leave without a deal we know from every economic expert with credibility that it will be bad for the UK. When people see that and feel it, by losing their jobs, the price of food going up etc... There will be a strong call to rejoin the EU. Price of food could go down after Brexit |
