it would make sense (if this is true) that cells migrate between the heart and brain freely via the bloodstream.. or the nervous system perhaps? So when someone gets a heart transplant these cells slowly spread into the new brain, encouraging random personality traits to flourish.

God Sees upon our heart rather, n our heart sees better if its clean from sins. hence satan n devils just love to attack our heart rather n sit near to our heart. thats why it is important to always keep check upon the cleaning of ones heart, to see clearer n closer to The Creator of hearts. deep inside our hearts, we all the creatures Do needed Him (The Creator).
