Well i like the way the dharna encourages you to empower yourself. We should take control of our own minds instead of trying to change other peoples. The teachings help you expolore the consciousness in such profound details and they help you understand the root causes of afflictions as well as other mental states. Buddhism places a lot of emphasis on how we experience life right now, regardless of race, gender, social class.

It also explains how this sense of ''i'' we have is just a mental fabrication. No self,No i. The self is just a mental construct. Thoughts with no thinker behind them.
