However it's said that the conceptual mind is the enemy ..the Zen koans..such as ''What is the sound of one hand clapping'' and ''Show me your mind''..are ways to smash our conceptual minds patterns of thinking. Zen says it has nothing to offer..when eating just eat,when washing the dishes just wash the dishes. Any thoughts you have re Zen inevitably miss the point.
