Hope so is right lol. Lack of some personalisation options, etc etc..and costliness. If they get out a downgraded windows phone version or wp7 with reduced functionalities perhaps..for around 150bucks they'll get into the emerging market stuff. Galaxy Y,and other lower end samsungs dominate as with android they're quite good smartphones..unlike nokia symbians..android is exactly what symbian would've been if it evolved faster.

agreed the latest s40 as in Asha dont have much customization in UI and are much more expensive. If only they were to focus on marketing and their content. Then again, they actually did care about the content as they did a contest for making apps for the Asha when Asha first came out. They also did alot of seminar on s40 asha app making. Quite sad

Windows phone 8 will be the upcoming trend....I would suggest them abandon mid range s40 like Asha and must release more and more windows mobiles at cheaper price Lumia 510 and 620 will surely give tough competition for other androids

@arjunkr, long time no see....I don't think they will ditch their low-mid end phone... They should(will) upgrade or change the platform.. to included more android/ios like features but keeping them at low price..
