the answer is no.. there's been plenty of talk around attempts to make it happen (alien dalvik) but that came to nothing. you'd need to flash Android firmware onto a phone to do that. and Nokia will never make that possible, plus Symbian fones don't have enough ram or processor power in v3 to make it worthwhile even trying..

gba files aren't too big.. I'm saying there's 2 ways you would go about running Android apps on Symbian. 1st in an emulator like alien dalvik (but they gave up because they couldn't sell it).. 2nd is to turn your Nokia into an Android, Nokia won't help by releasing the unlocked boot loader software, and even if they did, v3 fones don't have enough power to run it well. plus you'd have to rewrite the os to support keypad entries..
