Hiya guys can anyone help me out I bought a note 4 from Samsung website and currently use ee 4g but I've now moved to o2 and I'm not receiving 4g even tho it's in a 4g area apparently could anyone tell me how I can find out what band my phone uses for o2 as this could be the problem |

Have you got it set to lte/wcdma/GSM in settings/more networks/mobile networks/network mode?

maybe ee and o2 use different bands. there is a service menu you can access to change the frequency bands it uses but you've gotta know what you're doing and google both networks UK bands first http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMGb8C1ITiw might be safer to have someone do it for you. ring o2, maybe they can configure it by text message... |

On o2 you have to have a 4g tariff to receive 4g on there network, I found it out when I was on o2, I soon swapped to three network.
