Real Madrid today tried to get uefa to suspend 6 barcelona players for the match tuesday. This must surely be disgraceful for a team like Real Madrid to resort to this in order to try to beat Barcelona |

I think this is due to Mourinho's influence. He's one of the best coaches in the world, but the guy brings conflict in every league he goes to.

Its a low blow but not too much worse than some of barca's antics on the pitch last week

Mourinho went ape but i do think UEFA see barcelona as the showpiece team, so what everyone saw last week was rather ugly and they will be very happy to sweep it under the rug as soon as possible

Real Madrid weren't interested in playing football. They were there to stop Barcelona from playing by bullying them physically.

If bullying teams by constantly fouling them is a good strategy, then so is diving. Barcelona cannot compete in a rugby match.

To show you Mourinho's role in the scandal. He accused other teams in la liga of laying down and letting Barcelona win. He's accused referees of bias. He's accused the spanish FA, EUFA , and even UNICEF.

Real madrid were interested in stopping barca true enough but within the laws of the game which is a rough ride but you have to stick it out and take it. The way madrid play isn't something i would aspire to but niehter is the way certain barca players acted under nothing more than hard but fair challenges they should expect
