another proof that norton su*k... i mean... you've installed ''software'' and norton did nothing ?? geee... first step i'd do is changing AV !! and yes, trojan can be source of your problem...

yep,thats about what i ment by ram problem@metulj i mentioned memory leak cause of the black gadgets.and you may be right about the pirated version

My laptop screen was sometimes going blank recently. But an update of the Graphics Media Accelerator etc. did the trick. It is fine now. But that was with Windows XP.
