Does anybody know why a freeview box would suddenly stop recieving all BBC channels? I scanned for new channels and got a few new channels but lost all bbc, nothing else just bbc. It's not the signal as a different box connected to the same ariel picks them up fine. Scanned again several times and nada. |

Its a dual receiver sagem box with a dvr. What frequency number is the bbc broadcast on? I know it changed during the digital switchover.

if you can't receive BBC then you don't need a tv license...

I'm getting the signal but that box can't find it. Come on tech forum you can do better than this surely.

A whatty where? No idea what that is but it sounds rude! It does occasionly come up with on screen message, 'scan for software update'. If thats what you mean i've clicked the yes option but always get, 'no update found' message.
