Right, awhile ago this lappy got dropped, it then wouldn't boot, it kept coming up hold alt, ctrl and delete to restart, did that but kept getting same message, so i got the official Toshiba recovery disc, put that in, booted from disc then after a while from blank screen its showing to windows, both are cmd.exe one says: |

HDD 1- DISK 0.... HDD 2- DISK 1..... checking for drive W: not mounted.... checking drive C: unmounted....... drive V: unmounted..... try to remove all letters from the potential partitions on HDD 0

maybe with the drop the hard drive came loose. just unscrew the back plate and pushed it in
