14 inches is massive. It'll fit anything then. 7850 is quite a lot faster.

might consider the 7850 then as think it was only 30 more when I looked

not to tell you to keep spending more and more but if you game then the GPU is where you'll really notice it most of all and where the money should be spent. 7850 really is a lot faster and would be very noticeably so. They are maybe 135 quid.

I'd personally stay away from amd gpu's n i'd just go for GTX660 yea its 200quid but it will play all games at 1080p no problems and you get better features like txaa, cuda, physX plus you will get better drivers and faster driver updates..

and here's where the 'nickel and dime' upgrades start coming in. Lol, before you know it your 400 quid rig costs 2000 quid lol listen to me from personal experience, spending double the money for 3 or 4 fps extra is a total waste that you really won't notice anyway. I've used high end gpu's, d*mn near all the popular ones and from 50 to 55 or from 40 to 43 isnt worth the extra expense since its still smooth as hell anyway. Trust, a frame or 3 wont break an already smooth game, at that leve

dont buy a 1gb gpu try to get atleast a 2gb one 1gb is not enough in newer games.
|
||
@alvar89 | 13 January 13 | |
a 7870 is 2x faster than the 7770. and the 7870 and gtx 660 are almost identical in gaming.
