Is there any way to delete the default mail account on win 8.1 and replace it with another? This is not the outlook account,but the one that comes up when you sign onto the pc and shows in the blue mail icon under the charms? |

yes goto the control panel and then user accounts ad or remove said account. if you want to remove the primary user i believe you have to add another first and then make them an admin before removing the original user.

If I delete the default account and add another,will the desktop settings and all files still be the same??? My settings and files won't go missing??? :-o
