If you have 2 cartridges check u have put them in right compartment n they clicked in then press print button on printer

I always buy my cartridges from the cartridge people they always ok, touch wood lol, and a lot cheaper then shops

Also check that your computer has the right name of your printer on the computer, it may be registering a old one
|
