The US version probably did cost 99 USD, the extra was probably from converting it to 220v and the VAT.

Anyway, I said the monitor is shyte in the first place. I'm gona get a new one in a couple of month. Dark souls 3 is on the way and that ain't very colourful

There are a ton of samsung monitors here not just tv-s. Many 24inchers also.

http://www.samsung.com/us/computer/monitors/LS27D360HS/ZA Heres a 27inch one but its 1080p. They have many UHD ones also 28inch etc.
