Can anyone help me with my laptop? It is a HP pavilion it ran out of power while installing windows 10 and is stuck in a cycle of preparing to install at 64 no start up screen or any other options |

Well as you farked it up during installation you'll probably need to re-install again from scratch. I think bash F11 from when you turn it on to get recovery options and go for the factory reset

Never install an OS with battery power atleast connect to mains
