How is cell c wap? Is it cheap and is it reliable does it go down alot? I was thinking of buying a starter pack an r5 airtime to see how long it lasts on the net |

i've realised that cell c and virgin mobile have alot in common. can i recharge virgin with cell c half tiger (R5)? virgin airtime is hard to find.
