The PIN for the sim should be on the delivery slip that comes with it, but the default sim PIN code is 4321.

Yeah @mrcutey - I must admit that when they've sent me updates in the past they've said ' if asked for the PIN code, enter 0000' but the 4321 is O2's own info relating to their new sim PINs.

My apologies to mrcutey - as I said, the PIN you gave has always worked for me, but mine's a very old sim. O2 themselves reckon their default PIN for new sims is 4321.
