In december I was on asda but I ported my number over to vodafone. Now for some reason it didn't work and i've got a split network between them both now. After countless phone calls i'm not getting any further!! The only option i've got now is to port my number over to another network, the only problem is I dont want to lose my number. What should I do? Any advice? I've had this number 8yrs and too many people know it and it would be impossible for me to tell everyone a new number. |

it because asda used vodafone network and they messed everything up, call vodafone and ask them to bring this up with an engneer spelt that wrong, i had a problem and by getting the problem sent over to the right person my problem was sorted within 48 hours

Its a common problem when porting if the doner network does not release all the files on porting day. You must call the network that you are porting to join and ask for a manager not the normal operator . They will inform the tech team and fix the problem inside 5 days max from the time u inform them correctly. So dont worry its fixable . :)
