I had months of the same at my home address with T-Mobile, but once I spoke with someone who knew what they were talking about they told me what the problem was and that it was due to fixed in a few weeks...

read your contract... if it says they will have your cash regardless there's not much to be done. if it don't smash with it !

Still on three. Still had no downtime. Plus as before, every new years eve I have signal. Not like back in the day when all networks went down
