hmm.i was listening to Hafiz Mohammed Saeed the other and he very clearly said that because we r a thermal power generating country so we r solely dependent on water coming from rivers..which India has been blocking since last decades by making huge dams..so India is the bad guy ..only KESC orWAPDA are not responsible for the energy crises in pakistan..
