Many ppl wont agree with me but i think 15 is 2 yung becuz hes mucels are nt redy jet and hes gona stay short he wont grow in length u must be 16 or a gr8t time 2 stard is 17 if he rely want 2 stard now he musnt go heavy and cardio is inportand 4 eary mucsel inbox me if u wnt 2 know mre

tho i dont ve xpertise on the subject bt i also thnk the same way.taking up bdybulding at ths age may stop the height nd can also damage muscles

OMG. TOTAL BODYBUILDING IGNORANCE! Most the pros were all training hard (like most sports ppl) from a young age. Its totally safe. I would not recommend younger then 13 tho in Bodybuilding. I'm glad i found it at that age. Now i'm an athlete

Most Sports ppl start training hard from as early as 13. As i say tho 'most'. Most Gymnasts train from as young as 8-10. And Gymnastics is 10 times the effot then Bodybuilding
