Abdominals are apart of your Core balance stabiliser muscles. First learn to HOLD a handstand by gradually Pushing yourself from a Backwards CRAB position to a standing position using your arms and keeping feet always Shoulder leangth apart. Now standing again fall backwards to the crab position 'Be Careful and take your time'

Now in the crab position again push BOTH legs up the SAME time to a handstand position, this may take some practice. CAUTION...always WARMUP before doing this TWICE a day 6 times a week untill you can controll the handstand at will. If your Core muscles are stabilised through balance training you will get much better/stronger contractions of ALL of your muscles inc. abs. Stay off the fat and Swim Run and Gym.

When it comes to abs execises i get the most strenght from doing 'Jackhammers' where i lay flat on my back and Simultainously raise my legs and arms, keeping them straight and together, touching in the middle and rep it out. Ancle weights and holding one dumb-bell make it interesting lol. That exercise and slow sit-ups on a ball while twisting are the ones i do. Hate all the others
