Group owner is responsible from the activity of the group. If you create a group you have to administrate it and make sure all activity is legal. For example if a member of your group post a topic about things which are against terms and conditions of Prodigits, you have to delete them as soon as possible.
Our admins are monitoring all group activities so if they see an inappropriate message, file, graphic etc.. your group will be deleted and you'll be banned. If you don't want to take the risk, make your group private from preferences menu. This way only the people you allowed can join your group and write to your message boards.
