anime voice actor of english dubbed of japan cartoon

the reason why i put japan cartoon because there be people's who don't know what japan anime is and anime is a word for japan to put as cartoon oh okay on english dubbed there now and then there fan's who saying that people's of voice action should be right race to play the character and right gender to play the character too but to me i don't care what race and gender those people are along they can play the part but it diffent when become a show that not animation or cartoon human show if the story writer go if she or he wanted the character to this race then it should and this age and this gender then it should be because it not cartoon or animation to me that big diffent from cartoon to human acting
